International Monetary Fund Halts Cash For Chad

The committee is co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia, and also contains representatives from India and China. The decision met by the committee prevents the International Monetary Fund from making further payments to Chad, according to Catherine Patillo, an IMF economist responsible for Africa.
