Internet restricted in N’Djamena as protests begin.

According to several sources, the internet is restricted because of the protests today that were prohibited by the government. Wakit Tama and Transformers of Chad say that there have been 45 arrests and 10 wounded. Reports indicate that helicopters have been flying over to watch the position of the demonstrators. They claim that the military has done house-to-house searches.
