Hissene Habre dies, is buried in Senegal.

Former president of Chad, Hissene Habré, died on August 24th in Senegal. Some reports say he died of COVID-19.

Despite requests that he be buried in Chad, he was buried today in Senegal, where he had been imprisoned since 2013.
