Wakit Tama cancels march

The Wakit Tama General Assembly has decided to cancel the march on July 16.

The march was scheduled for Wednesday, July 14th, but rescheduled by the government for July 16 with a different route. The march was protesting the “monarchical evolution of power, confiscated by the Transitional Military Council, and the systematic violations of human rights.“

“ On July 7, a team from Wakit Tamma worked with officials from the Ministry of Public Security and Immigration on the make up of this demonstration and the idea was accepted. ”
